About Us
E&ICT Academy, IIT Kanpur is a joint initiative of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and IIT Kanour. Electronics & ICT Academies were set up at 7 IITs, NITs and IIITs by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) under a sponsored scheme entitled "Scheme of Financial Assistance for setting up of Electronics and ICT Academies". E&ICT Academy, IIT Kanpur aims to provide specialised training to the faculty members of Engineering, Arts, Commerce, Science and Polytechnic Colleges etc. E&ICT Academy has planned short time training programs in emerging technologies including in advanced topics of IT, Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Electronics and Communication, Product Design, Manufacturing, Sustainability among others, by providing state of art Online training facilities.
